Job description:

The Stewardship Group is looking for a friendly and energetic person to join our team! This role serves as a licensed customer service representative in our McVeytown office. Prior insurance experience is not required, but someone with a background in customer service will be a great fit. Licensing within the first six months of employment is paid for or reimbursed by the agency.

Working hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:30am to 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm.

This is advertised as a full-time position, however part-time hours will be considered for the right candidate. Primary duties include answering phone calls, greeting customers, managing and maintaining client files, and handling customer payments, endorsements and claim service.

The ideal candidate has excellent written and verbal communication, experience working with technology and navigating online systems, and a helpful and positive approach to customer service. Training and continuing education is provided to support career growth.
