Naming a business can be tricky.  How do you convey what you purvey?

As I drive up Electric Avenue there's Dunkin' Donuts,  Mattress World and Burger King.  in addition, let's not forget such stalwarts as Midas Muffler, Bed Bath & Beyond and Dominoes Pizza.  We have a pretty good idea of what they offer us before we even walk through the door.  But, what's a Stewardship Group?  Can you buy a sandwich called the stewardship here (now there's a thought!...maybe it's more like a pizza...I'll have it with all the toppings, thank-you very much!).
Actually our practice is Ala-carte, as you can pick from any, or all of our offerings: tax prep, home, auto, business, ministry and life insurance or annuities, long term care, investments or even precious metals.
What's the key ingredient in all of this?  Stewardship!  Too much or too little of the right kind of coverage is not beneficial.  Structuring how you do what you do is a key ingredient to proper, intentional planning.  That's what stewardship is about.  It's about wisely managing the resources you've been blessed with for the benefit of a community or group.  Most often that group is your family!  Still it could be a business or ministry over which you've been given authority.  Either way, you've got decisions to make as to the proper and appropriate protection that should be in place to protect these groups.  Once you've got the proper protection in place you will begin to look into planning for the accumulation and use of future resources.  How will you plan for the future?  What are you or your organization called to?  This discerning process is practicing wise stewardship.
That is why we chose the name The Stewardship Group.  When you work with us, our goal is to help you protect and plan wisely utilizing a values based approach rooted in faith.  Because Stewardship in a vacuum doesn't work.
